Facilitators not trainers
We are facilitators who understand what it takes to help people change.
Lots of training workshops out there will contain some perfectly sensible content, but at the end of the day, the participants will leave the event with just that - some perfectly sensible content.
When they get back to the office, they soon forget the perfectly sensible content and find that in actual fact there is very little to show for the time and money investment that has been made. This makes our blood boil. Who can afford to waste time and money in today's environment?
We are obsessed with practical application - if we can't be sure that each bit of our training workshop passes that test, we ditch it and start again.
